Substitution Policy

Every bouquet is curated and unique, so no two ever turn out exactly alike — the photos are here to show you the feeling, the general size, and the overall look, more than an exact set of stems.

Flowers are wonderfully unpredictable. What's ready and lovely can shift with the weather and the season, so now and then I'll swap a bloom for something just as pretty. When I do, I'll always keep the same feeling, style, and colors you fell for — and only ever reach for something of equal or greater value.

Have a flower or color that really matters to you? Just tell me in your request, and I'll make sure it's there before we lock anything in.
